摘要
以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)为发泡剂,通过控制二次开模距离,制备了不同减重幅度的PP微发泡汽车内饰件,研究了其力学性能。结果表明:减重幅度较小时,样品拉伸性能和冲击性能的保持率均较好,随着减重幅度增加,样品的拉伸性能和冲击性能均明显降低;样品的弯曲强度和弯曲模量则随着减重幅度的增加均先升后降,当减重幅度为4.30%时,弯曲强度和弯曲模量均达到极大值。
Using polypropylene(PP)as matrix and sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO3)as foaming agent,the microcellular automotive interior trim with different weight reduction was prepared by the method of precise secondary injection molding,and the mechanical properties of different samples were investigated.The results show that when the amplitude of weight reduction is relatively low,the retention rate of tensile properties and impact properties of the samples are both better.Then they obviously decrease as the amplitude of weight reduction increases.The flexural strength and flexural modulus of the sample increase first and then decrease with the increasing of the amplitude of weight reduction,When the amplitude of weight reduction is 4.30%,the flexural strength and flexural modulus of the sample reach the maximum value.
