补肾疏肝联合芳香化酶抑制剂治疗绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌

Chinese Medicine of Tonifying Kidney and Soothing Liver Qi Combined with Aromatase Inhibitor in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Women with Hormone Receptor Positive Breast Cancer

目的:探究分析绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者采用补肾疏肝中药联合芳香化酶抑制剂的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月上海市中医医院肿瘤科收治的绝经后激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。其中对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予补肾疏肝中药联合芳香化酶抑制剂治疗,观察比较2组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后的中医证候积分、性激素水平、骨密度水平、骨钙素水平、骨矿物质水平、Kupperman评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率、中医症候积分、Kupperman评分、性激素指标、骨密度指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率60.00%(24/40)较对照组90.00%(36/40)比较明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:对绝经后激素呈现受体阳性的乳腺癌患者实施补肾疏肝中药与芳香化酶抑制剂联合治疗可以显著改善患者的临床症状,调节患者身体各项指标与激素水平,降低药物不良反应,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and soothing liver qi combined with aromatase inhibitor in postmenopausal hormone receptor positive adenocarcinoma patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with postmenopausal hormone receptor positive breast cancer admitted to Department of Oncology,Shanghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and soothing liver qi combined with aromatase inhibitor.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after treatment,sex hormone level,bone density level,osteocalcin level,bone mineral level,Kupperman score adverse reactions were observed and compared between the 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment,TCM syndrome score,Kupperman score,sex hormone index and bone mineral density index of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 60.00%(24/40)lower than that of 90.00%(36/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine of tonifying kidney and soothing liver qi combined with aromatase inhibitors can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of postmenopausal breast cancer patients with receptor positive hormone,regulate the body indicators and hormone levels of patients,reduce adverse drug reactions,and have high clinical application value.
