精准扶贫背景下农村稳定脱贫对策研究

Reflections and Suggestions on Stable Rural Poverty Alleviation in the Context of Precision Poverty Alleviation

2020年是国家精准扶贫的收官之年。收官之战前夕做好相关工作的把脉问诊是决胜阶段“对症下药”的基础,也是做好脱贫攻坚战略与乡村振兴战略有机衔接的保障。基于第三方问卷调查和干部访谈的结果,总结地方精准扶贫工作中存在的主要不足,分析未来可能发生的隐患,从调动帮扶单位和驻村工作队积极性、加强村干部培训和提高贫困户内生动力等方面提出打好脱贫攻坚战、走好乡村振兴路的思考和建议。

2020 is the final year of our country′s precision poverty alleviation.The pulse consultation on the eve of the final battle is the basis of"the right remedy"in the decisive stage,and it is also the guarantee of the organic connection between poverty alleviation and the next rural revitalization.Based on the result of the third-party questionnaire survey and cadre interview,this paper summarizes the main shortcomings in the work of local precision poverty alleviation,analyzes the hidden vulnerabilities that may occur in the future,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to fight against poverty and take the road of rural rejuvenation from the aspects of arousing the enthusiasm of the aided units and village task forces,strengthening the training of village cadres and improving the endogenous motivation of poor households.
