蔡小荪治疗不孕症用药组方规律探析

Medication and Prescription Regularities of Cai Xiaosun in Treating Infertility

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统(V2.5),深入探讨和分析蔡小荪教授治疗不孕症的用药组方规律。方法:收集整理并筛选出114例蔡小荪教授治疗不孕症的典型病例,录入中医传承辅助平台系统,并利用该平台对数据进行统计分析。结果:共录入158首处方,涉及115味中药,其中四气五味以温性、甘味居多,归经以归肾经、肝经为主,单味药以茯苓、淫羊藿、生地黄、肉苁蓉、巴戟天、熟地黄的使用频次最多,且用量多为12 g、10 g,组药以熟地黄-巴戟天-茯苓-淫羊藿的使用频次最多,并得到置信度≥0.9900时的药物关联规则及6组核心组合、3首新方组合。结论:蔡小荪教授治疗不孕症用药以健脾、育肾、养阴之品为主,以健脾为先,以育肾为重,以养阴为纲。

Objective:To deeply analyze Professor CAI Xiaosun's medication and prescription regularities in treating infertility based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform software(V2.5).Methods:We collected and screened out total 114 typical cases of Professor CAI Xiaosun in treating infertility,which were input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform System,and used the platform to statistically analyze the data.Results:A total of 158 formulas were input,involving 115 Chinese medicinals.Among them,the four qi and five flavors were mostly warm and sweet,and the main meridians were kidney meridians and liver meridians.The most frequently used single herbs were Fuling(Poria),Yinyanghuo(Epimedii Herba),Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Roucongrong(Cistanches Herba),Bajitian(Morindae officinalis Radix),Shudihuang(Rehmanniae Radix preparata)and the dosages were mostly 12 g or 10 g.The most frequently used herbal combination was Shudihuang-Bajitian-Fuling-Yinyanghuo.Further more,we got the association rules of herbal combinations with confidence level ≥0.9900 and 3 new formulas as well as 6 core combinations.Conclusions:In the treatment of infertility,Professor CAI Xiaosun mainly uses spleen-invigorating,kidneytonifying and yin-nourishing medicinals,with spleen-invigorating as the priority,kidney-tonifying as the emphasis,and yin-nourishing as the key.
