摘要
菟丝子药材为旋花科菟丝子属一年生寄生植物菟丝子和南方菟丝子的成熟种子。因菟丝子属植物的寄生特性,导致菟丝子和南方菟丝子化学成分种类和含量存在差异,从而影响菟丝子药材的质量,进而对其药效和临床应用产生影响。本文对菟丝子药材的来源植物菟丝子和南方菟丝子中的化学成分进行了综合研究,结果显示菟丝子药材中已发现41种黄酮类、18种酚酸类、29种木脂素类、9种萜类、4种生物碱类等化学成分,菟丝子和南方菟丝子在化学成分上亦有差异,为菟丝子药材的进一步研究提供了基本信息。参考文献62篇。
Tusizi(Cuscutae Semen),is the mature seed from the annual parasitic plants Cuscuta chinensis(C.c)Lam.and Cuscuta australis(C.a)R.Br.in the Convolvulaceae family.The parasitic characteristic of the genus Cuscuta leads to the difference in the chemical constituents and content of C.c and C.a,which affects the quality of Tusizi,and then affects the pharmaceutical effect and clinical application of Tusizi.In this study,we reviewed the chemical constituents of C.c and C.a,including 41 kinds of flavonoids,18 kinds of phenolic acids,29 kinds of lignans,9 kinds of terpenoids and 4 kinds of alkaloids and so on.What's more,we reviewed the differences in chemical constituents between C.c and C.a and provided basic information for the further study of Tusizi.There are 62 references in total.
