摘要
旋转导向钻井技术的发展要求更加精准的测量工具姿态参数,即井斜角I、工具面角T、方位角A等,是实现井下导向精准控制的关键因素,能确保井眼轨迹按最佳设计路径钻进,完成石油钻采任务。根据旋转导向钻井的技术特点,在已有的钻井工具姿态测量理论的基础上,提出一种基于DSP的钻井工具姿态数据采集与处理系统设计方案,系统以TMS320F28335作为核心处理芯片,进行系统硬件电路设计,同时为提高TMS320F28335内部ADC采样转换精度还设计ADC校正电路。
The development of rotary steerable drilling technology requires more precise measurement of tool attitude parameters,namely well angle I,tool face angle T,azimuth angle A,etc.which are the key factors to achieve precise control of downhole steering and ensure that the bore⁃hole trajectory is optimally designed Drilling through paths to complete oil drilling and production tasks.In this paper,based on the techni⁃cal characteristics of rotary steering drilling,based on the existing drilling tool attitude measurement theory,a DSP-based drilling tool atti⁃tude data acquisition and processing system design scheme is proposed.The system uses TMS320F28335 as the core processing chip to car⁃ry out system hardware.Circuit design,meanwhile,ADC correction circuit is designed to improve TMS320F28335 internal ADC sampling conversion accuracy.
