全人教育视域下的地方高校“外语+”人才培养

Talent cultivation of“Foreign Language Plus”in local universities from the perspective of holistic education

地方高校在“外语+”人才培养过程中实施系统的全人教育能有效解决外语专业发展面临的一些主要问题,既能促进学生和谐、全面与可持续发展,也能满足国家和时代发展对“外语+”人才的需求。文章分析全人教育理念指导地方高校“外语+”人才培养的可行性,探索全人教育指导下“外语+”人才培养的路径及具体措施。对全人教育指导下政产学研用协同创新驱动“外语+”人才培养的有效性进行具体案例分析。

Systematic holistic education for talent cultivation of“foreign language plus”in local universities can effectively help solve the main problems in the development of foreign language education,which stimulates students’harmonious,comprehensive,and sustainable development and meets the needs of the nation in the new era.This article analyzes the feasibility of talent cultivation of“foreign language plus”under the guidance of holistic education in local universities,and explores some reasonable measures,and offers case study of talent cultivation of“foreign language plus”driven by collaborative innovation of government,industry,education,research and application under the guidance of holistic education.
