新规则视角下世界体操女子平衡木成套动作编排趋势研究

Study on the Arrangement Trend of Women’s Balance Beam Movements in the World from the Perspective of New Rules

通过文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法及专家访谈法,并结合新规则的改变对2019年斯图加特世界体操锦标赛女子平衡木单项决赛的成套动作进行详细的分析,旨在理清世界体操女子平衡木项目的成套动作编排趋势,研究结果显示:1)新规则视角下女子平衡木项目成套动作编排在上法趋于D组及以上难度的技巧动作和舞蹈动作。2)在下法的编排上将变得更加多样化,具有连接加分的下法串将成为主流,尤其是含F组的下法串。3)在新规则鼓励连接串的背景下,舞蹈动作的发展将优于技巧动作。4)D+D+B、C+D+B等以D组舞蹈动作为中间动作的连接串将成为东京奥运周期女子平衡木难度连接的主流。

Through the methods of documentary,video observation,mathematical statistics and expert interview,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the arrangement of the world women's balance beam eventsand makes a detailed analysis of the whole set of actions in the women's balance beam single final of the 2019 Stuttgart World Gymnastics Championships in combination with the changes of the new rules,aiming to clarify the world sports The research results show that:1)from the perspective of the new rules,the arrangement of the whole set of women's balance beam tends to group D and above difficult skills and dances.2)The arrangement of the lower method will become more diversified,and the lower method string with connection plus points will become the mainstream,especially the lower method string with group F.3)In the context of the new rules encouraging connecting strings,the development of dance movements will be better than skill movements.4)D+D+B,C+D+B and other connecting strings with group D dance as the middle action will become the mainstream of difficulty connection of women's balance beam in Tokyo Olympic cycle.
