摘要
本文通过文献资料法、数据统计法、专家访谈法、实验法,对定向越野课程教学方法进行现代化改革,运用智能手机APP软件以及智能手环对定向课程教学课程中练习过程进行监控,训练完后进行及时反馈教学的探索研究,研究过程采用3个实验组和3个对照组,经过12学时教学试验后后得出:五个实验组的教学效果、学生体验感、上课积极性、跑图技能掌握状况明显优于五个对照组,并详细掌握学生上课训练过程强度,有助于发现学生体能储备状况以及训练过程中跑动节奏的优化。通过本次教学实验的研究,为体育课程教学辅助器材的应用提供理论依据和建设性意见。
Through the methods of literature,data statistics,expert interview and experiment,this paper carries out the modern reform of the teaching methods of Orienteering Course,monitors the practice process of Orienteering Course with the application of smartphone app software and smart bracelet,and conducts the exploration and research of timely feedback teaching after the training.The research process adopts three experimental groups and three control groups After 72 class hours teaching experiment in one semester,it is concluded that the teaching effect,students'sense of experience,class enthusiasm,and the mastery of running chart skills of the three experimental groups are significantly better than those of the three control groups,and the detailed mastery of the intensity of students'class training process is helpful to find out the physical reserve of students and the optimization of running rhythm in the training process.
