优可丝®BV纤维在喷气涡流纺高支高速高效的生产工艺探索

摘要 喷气涡流纺纱是在喷气纺的基础上发展起来的一种新型纺纱方法,它利用喷嘴内部产生的高速涡流对纤维束进行加捻成纱,因其高速高产、优质的纱线品质而很快得到纺织行业的认可。以优可丝®BV纤维为代表的新型再生纤维素纤维,因其优良的可纺性能成为喷气涡流纺的最佳原料之一。文章对优可丝®BV纤维在喷气涡流纺上的应用进行持续性探究,应用正交试验优选高支纺纱的合适参数。经过试验得出:当喂入比为0.98、牵伸比为1.0、喷嘴压力为0.55 MPa时为优选方案,并在实际生产中取得良好效果。 Air-jet vortex spinning is a new method developed on the basis of air-jet spinning.It twists the fiber bundle into yarn via the high-speed vortex generated inside the nozzles of the machine.Due to its highspeed,high-yield,and high-quality output,it is quickly recognized by the textile industry.And the new regenerated cellulose fiber represented by EcoCosy®BV fiber has become one of the best raw materials for air-jet vortex spinning for its excellent spinnability.The paper carried out continuous research on the application of EcoCosy®BV fiber in air-jet vortex spinning,and chose the appropriate parameters of highcount spinning by orthogonal test.The result indicated that when the run-in ratio is 0.98,the draft ratio is 1.0,and the nozzle pressure is 0.55 MPa,it is the preferred solution that can achieve good results in actual production.
