针织莫代尔面料无针缝热压黏合工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章采用万能材料强力试验机、织物硬挺度仪和标准用灰色样卡对不同热压黏合工艺所得针织莫代尔试样的剥离强力、柔软度和色牢度进行了测试,并考察了黏合温度、给湿和施压对针织莫代尔面料热压黏合性能的影响。测试结果表明:选择合适的热压工艺可以赋予针织莫代尔面料良好的服用性能。莫代尔面料在进行热压黏合时,不加湿有助于保护试样的色牢度、剥离强力和柔软度。同时,(120~160)±10℃是合适的热压熨烫温度,适当的施压可以保证黏合面料具有较好的色牢度和柔软度,也可赋予试样较强的剥离强力。 The peel strength,softness,and color fastness of knitted modal samples prepared by different hotpress adhesion technology were tested via the universal strength testing machine,the fabric stiffness tester,and the color-changing gray card.And the effects of different bonding temperatures,moisture,and pressure giving on the hot-press adhesion properties of the knitted modal fabric were investigated.The results showed that choosing the suitable hot-press adhesion process can empower the knitted modal fabric good wearability.Un-humidified hot-pressed adhesion for the modal fabric helped protect the color fastness,peel strength and softness of the samples.And(120-160)±10℃is the appropriate hot-pressing temperature.Proper pressure can ensure that the bonded fabric has good color fastness and softness,and strong peel strength.
