摘要
天然染料由于其无毒、无害、可生物降解、对人体无刺激等优势,在功能性纺织品、绿色印染等领域广泛应用。为深入了解天然染料的应用现状与研究进展,文章从天然染料的分类、提取方法、染整工艺中的应用等方面进行了全面综述。此外,通过进一步探究天然染料染色的新型加工技术,对目前天然染料在实际应用中存在的问题进行了深入讨论。最后,对天然染料的来源物标准、提取工艺、耐久性以及多功能型应用作出了展望。
Natural dyes have been widely applied in functional textiles and sustainable printing and dyeing due to their characters of non-toxic,harmless,biodegradable and non-irritating to the human body.For further understanding of the application and research progress of natural dyes,the paper comprehensively introduces its classification,extraction method and application in the dyeing and finishing process.Additionally,by further exploring the new processing technology of natural dyes,the existed problems in the practical application of natural dyes were discussed in depth.Finally,the paper looks forward to the future source standards,the extraction process,durability and multifunctional application of natural dyes.
