Discussion of Architectural Design for Control Room Used in Petrochemical Project

控制室是石油化工项目中的重要组成部分,对厂区各装置的生产操作、过程控制、安全保护、仪表维修等有着不可替代的作用。通过对实际工程的剖析,阐述了石化控制室设计时应考虑的主要事项、抗爆控制室与非抗爆控制室的不同之处及抗爆控制室设计的特殊性。

Control room is an important part of petrochemical engineering project,and has irreplaceable functions on production operation,process control,safety protection,instrument maintenance for all kinds of equipment in the plant.Through the description and analysis of actual projects,the main items which should be considered when designing petrochemical control room were stated in this paper.Especially,the differences between antiknock and non-antiknock control room,and the particularity in the design of antiknock control room were expounded in detail.The article may be used as reference and guidance for the design of such kind of architecture.
