摘要
冷冻技术和解冻技术在液态生物产品的冷冻和解冻中具有很好的应用价值。可控冻融技术可以保证具有生物活性,对热敏感性的生物产品品质,延长其保存期,在现代生物制药领域得到了广泛的应用。但由于其应用过程中涉及多个领域,因此在生物产品冻融工艺过程中有待进一步优化。
Freezing technology and thawing technology are valuable in the application of freezing and thawing liquidized biological products.Controllable Freezing technology and thawing technology,which have been widely applied in modern pharmaceutical industry,can be used to keep activities in biological products and extend the shelf life for heat insensitive biological products.However in its application,multi technical fields are involved,the freezing and thawing process for biological products are needed to optimize further.
