石化装置泵用湿封API冲洗方案的具体选型与应用探讨

Discussion of Selection and Application of API Cleaning Scheme for Wet Seal in Pump Used in Petrochemical Industry

结合多年的设计选型和工程应用经验以及对API 682标准的研究,对常用的泵用湿封冲洗方案选型要点进行了归纳总结,主要有Plan 11、Plan 21、Plan 23、Plan 31、Plan 32、Plan 52、Plan 53A、Plan 53B、Plan54和Plan 62等。同时给出了一些成熟工程计算方法,诸如带泵送环的冲洗流量计算方法、Plan 53B压力计算方案、密封腔压力估算方法、水冷换热器面积选择方案等。进一步对石化装置中冲洗系统选型和使用易出现的问题提出了合理化解决方案,使之更好地为密封服务,有利于泵设备的长期稳定运行。

Combined with practical experiences in design and engineering application for years,and based on the results from the study of API 682,in this article,the core in the selection scheme of wet seals commonly used in pump was reviewed and summarized as Plan 11,Plan 21,Plan 23,Plan 31,Plan 32,Plan 52,Plan 53A,Plan 53B,Plan 54,Plan 62,and so on.At the same time,some mature calculation methods for engineering were presented,such as methods for calculating flushing flow with pump ring,pressure calculation for Plan 53B,calculating pressure in sealed chamber,and selecting area for heat exchanger with water cooling.Then some rationalizing proposals were provided for the problems occurred in the selection and application of cleaning system used in petrochemical units.
