海外石化项目埋地FRP管道设计要点分析

Design Analysis of Underground FRP Pipe Used in Overseas Petrochemical Project

FRP管道具有耐腐蚀、重量轻、寿命长、运行成本低等优点,在海外石化工程中广泛使用。结合项目实例,从管沟开挖、管道安装、管道回填和管道检测等方面分析了埋地FRP管道设计的几个要点,指出FRP管道在土壤腐蚀性较强的地区具有良好的发展前景。

FRP pipe has the advantages of corrosion resistance,light weight,long service life and low running cost,which is widely used in overseas petrochemical project.The article combined with engineering practice of Jubail gas project in overseas to analyze design keys of underground FRP pipe from trench excavation,installation,backfilling and testing.Pointing out that FRP pipe has a good development prospect in area where soil is highly corrosive.
