摘要
目的:评价游泳运动对大鼠实验性子宫内膜异位症的影响。方法:将80只雌性SD大鼠分为对照组、子宫内膜异位症模型组及大鼠在子宫内膜异位症诱导前、后进行轻度运动(每周游泳1次)、中度运动(每周游泳3次)和剧烈运动(每周游泳5次)组,共8组,每组10只大鼠。观察各组大鼠子宫内膜脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:诱导子宫内膜异位病变前的游泳运动对病变无明显影响,而诱导子宫内膜异位病变后再进行游泳运动(无论有氧运动频率如何),则各组大鼠子宫内膜异位病变显著减小,特别是中度和剧烈运动组病变减小更明显(P<0.05),同时观察到各运动组大鼠FAS mRNA及蛋白水平显著增加(P<0.05),MMP9和PCNA mRNA及蛋白水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位病变后再进行游泳运动对子宫内膜异位症的治疗是有益的,作用机制可能与FAS、MMP9和PCNA蛋白表达变化有关。
AIM:To evaluate the effect of swimming on experimental endometriosis in rats.METHODS:80 female SD rats were divided into 8 groups,including control group,model group and animals performed light exercise(swimming once a week),moderate exercise(swimming 3 times a week),and intense exercise(swimming 5 times a week)before or after endometriosis induction,10 rats in each group.The mRNA and protein expressions of fatty acid syn⁃thase(FAS),matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in endometrium of rats were detected.RESULTS:The swimming before the induction of the edometriosis lesions did not prove to have aprophy⁃lactic role against endometriosis,whereas the swimming after induction of the lesions had a beneficial effect regardless of frequency,with a greater reduction in the groups practicing moderate and intense activity(P<0.05),an increase in FAS levels and a decrease in MMP9 and PCNA levels were also observed(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Swimming after induc⁃tion of the edometriosis is beneficial for the treatment of endometriosis,the mechanism may be related to the expression of FAS,MMP9 and PCNA protein.
