Development Status and Prospect of High-quality Rice industry in Jilin Province

随着中国经济的迅猛发展,消费者对优质农产品特别是优质稻米的需求正在不断增加。因此,国内稻米生产要适应供给侧改革和消费结构升级的需求,面向消费市场生产优质大米。本文试从中国和吉林省水稻产业发展现状出发,分析了中国水稻产业所遇到的问题,并将吉林省水稻生产情况与其他省份进行比较,明确了吉林省发展优质粳稻的必要性和可行性,对吉林省优质水稻产业发展做了相关展望。

With the rapid development of China's economy,The demand of high-quality rice is increasing.Therefore,the rice production should meet the demands of supply-side reform and upgrading of the consumption structure,and produce high-quality rice for the market.This article attempts to analyze the problems encountered by the rice industry from the current situation of rice industry development in China and Jilin Province.Compared the rice production in Jilin Province with other provinces,the necessity and feasibility of developing high-quality japonica rice in Jilin Province were clarified.And made relevant prospects for the development of high-quality rice industry in Jilin Province.
