东北三省水稻籼粳属性的判定研究

Study on Indica-japonica Identity of Rice in Three Provinces of Northeast China

通过利用最常用的程氏指数法、维管束数目比法以及分子标记法,对65份水稻品种进行籼粳属性和成分的判定,分析东北地区育成粳稻类型中籼性血缘的比例。结果表明:东北三省试材程氏指数总积分黑龙江>吉林>辽宁;大维管束比法与大小维管束比法和程氏指数法的结果相近;用分子标记计算的籼型血缘比例,辽宁、吉林、黑龙江分别为0.0592、0.0330、0.0306,与上述程氏指数和维管束性状结果一致。

By using the most commonly used cheng's index method,vascular bundle number ratio method and molecular marker method,the indica-japonica identity and composition of 65 rice varieties were determined,and the proportion of indica consanguineous blood among japonica rice varieties grown in northeast China was analyzed.The results show that the total integral of cheng index of test materials in northeast three provinces is Heilongjiang>Jilin>Liaoning.The results of the big vascular bundle ratio were similar to those of the big vascular bundle ratio and the big vascular bundle ratio and the Cheng's index.The indica genotype consanguinity ratios calculated by molecular markers were 0.0592,0.0330 and 0.0306 in Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang respectively,which were consistent with the cheng index and vascular bundle traits above.
