摘要
[目的]研究慢性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染患者血小板(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)、血小板压积(PCT)以及平均血小板体积与血小板计数比率(MPR)与HCV RNA载量的相关性。[方法]192例大连地区无其他肝脏及重大疾病的慢性HCV患者被选为实验对象。在室温(约22℃)下收集所有血液样本,并将2 mL外周全血保存在EDTA抗凝管中。在1 h内用自动血液分析仪检测PLT指数。HCV RNA病毒载量采用全自动核酸分离纯化及检测系统。[结果]Spearman相关性分析结果显示HCV RNA载量与PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR、PCT及MPR等指标均不相关(P>0.05)。进一步将患者按照性别及年龄分组,发现HCV RNA载量与PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR、PCT及MPR等指标均不相关(P>0.05)。将受试者按照HCV RNA载量的数量级进行分组,在不同病毒载量组中将PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR、PCT及MPR等指标进行比较未发现统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论]在慢性HCV感染患者中PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR、PCT及MPR等PLT相关参数与HCV RNA载量不相关。
[Objective]To investigate the correlation between the platelet(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR),plateletocrit(PCT),MPV to platelet count ratio(MPR)and hepatitis C virus(HCV)RNA load in patients with chronic hepatitis C.[Methods]192 patients with chronic HCV infection without other liver and major diseases in Dalian were selected as subjects.All blood samples were collected at room temperature(about 22℃),and 2 mL of peripheral blood was stored in EDTA anticoagulation tubes.PLT indicator were measured by automatic blood analyzer within 1 h.The viral load of HCV RNA was expressed in the form of base 10 logarithm by an automatic nucleic acid detection platform.[Results]Spearman correlation analysis showed that HCV RNA load was not correlated with PLT,PDW,MPV,P-LCR,PCT and MPR(P>0.05).Furthermore,the patients were further grouped according to gender and age,and HCV RNA load was found to be unrelated to PLT,PDW,MPV,P-LCR,PCT,and MPR(P>0.05).The patients were subdivided according to the HCV RNA load.PLT,PDW,MPV,P-LCR,PCT and MPR showed no statistical differences in different viral load groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]PLT,PDW,MPV,P-LCR,PCT and MPR are not related to HCV RNA load in patients with chronic HCV infection.
