Operation Status of Composite Insulators for Overhead Lines in Hunan Power Grid

复合绝缘子的高水平运维管理是架空线路安全可靠输电的关键。本文调研统计湖南电网输电线路复合绝缘子的基本运行状况,结合历年的运行抽检试验结果分析存在的主要问题。针对普遍存在的复合绝缘子伞裙硅橡胶老化问题开展调研与试验分析,并从原料质量监督、老化状态评价新方法等方面提出改进措施与建议。

The high-level operation and maintenance management of composite insulators is the key to the safety and reliability of transmission for overhead lines.In this paper,the basic operating conditions of the composite insulators on the transmission lines of Hunan power grid are investigated and counted,and combined with the results of the running random inspection tests over the years,the main problems are analyzed.In view of the widespread aging of composite insulator umbrella skirt silicone rubber,investigation and experimental analysis are carried out,and improvement measures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of raw material quality supervision and new methods of aging evaluation.
