Anlaysis on Current Situation of Security and Stability Control System in Hunan Power Grid

本文首先介绍了国家电网有限公司电网安全稳定控制系统的工作重点出现变化,指明由“重策略”向“抓执行”发生转变。其后,详细分析了湖南电网安全稳定控制系统的策略计算、控制方式、结构部署、存在问题等内容,最后,提出并综合对比了三种安全稳定控制集中监控系统建设思路,旨在进一步规范其全过程专业管理,以确保管理思路、技术要求可以得以精准执行。

The paper introduces the change of the work focus of the security and stability control system of State Grid Corporation,firstly,and points out the change from“strategy oriented”to“execution oriented”.After that,the paper analyzes the strategy calculation,control mode,structure deployment and existing problems of the security and stability control system of Hunan power grid in detail.Finally,it puts forward and comprehensively compares three kinds of construction ideas of the security and stability control centralized monitoring system,aiming to further standardize its professional management in the whole process,so as to ensure that the management ideas and technical requirements can be accurately implemented.
