摘要 为了安全、高效地清除10 kV架空配电导线上的漂浮异物,对比分析了不同异物处理装置,设计了一种用无人机清除线路漂浮异物的装置,该装置包含无人机、连接杆、绝缘杆以及适用于不同漂浮物的切割组件、抓手组件、螺丝钩组件,实现漂浮物的切断分离、抓取回收等操作。实际运用效果表明该装置具有方便实用、劳动强度低、工作效率高的特点,能够在带电环境下有效地清除导线上的漂浮异物,为10 kV架空配电线路的安全运行提供保障. In order to safely and efficiently remove the floating foreign matters on the 10 kV overhead distribution lines,different foreign matter treatment devices are compared and analyzed,and a device for removing floating foreign matters in the transmission line for unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is designed.The device includes UAV,connecting rod,insulating rod,cutting component,gripper component and screw hook assembly suitable for different floating objects,so as to realize the cutting,separation and grasping of floating objects.The actual application results show that the device is convenient and practical,with low labor intensity and high work efficiency.It can effectively remove floating foreign matters on the conductor in the live environment,and provide guarantee for the safe operation of 10 kV overhead distribution lines.
