甘薯冷害损伤途径及抗冷分子机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 甘薯对土壤与气候具有较高的适应性,但因起源于热带地区,对寒冷较为敏感,且薯块在贮藏过程中极易发生冷害,造成品质及产量的损失.因此,研究甘薯抗冷性及低温下贮藏的调控机制具有重要的理论和实践价值.综述了甘薯冷害的损伤途径以及冷害对甘薯生理代谢的影响,总结了甘薯冷害胁迫调节机制的主要研究进展,以期为提高甘薯抗冷性的研究提供研究思路. Although sweetpotato has high adaptability to soil and climate,it is still sensitive to cold as it was originated from tropical areas and the storage root easy to occur cold damage in the storage process,which will result in the loss of quality and yield.It is of great theoretical and practical value to study the cold resistance of sweetpotato and the regulation mechanism of root storage at low temperature.In this paper,the damage pathways of chilling injury and the effects of chilling injury on physiological metabolism of sweetpotato were reviewed,and the main progress in the regulation mechanism of cold stress of sweetpotato in recent years was summarized,so as to provide research approaches for the improvement of cold resistance of sweetpotato.
