摘要
异步电机效率优化可以产生巨大的经济效益,节省能源。遗传算法广泛应用于电机效率的优化中,但存在早熟现象,计算时间长。参考了遗传算法思想的改进单纯形法可以客服算法早熟现象,显著缩短计算时间。以一台Y160L-8型异步电机为例,应用改进单纯性法进行电磁计算和效率优化。首先,参考遗传算法思想,提出一种改进单纯性优化算法,个体的产生和淘汰由人工计算选择确定,电机的效率达到89.325%。然后,修改转子槽形,应用集肤效应,补偿电机的起动性能,完成整个优化过程。结果表明,改进的单纯形法在异步电机的效率优化中简单、有效、方便,有一定的应用价值。
The efficiency optimization of asynchronous motor can bring huge economic and energy-saving benefits.Genetic algorithm has been applied to the optimization of motor efficiency,but there is a premature phenomenon and the calculation time is long.The simplex method with the idea of genetic algorithm can overcome the premature phenomenon and shorten the calculation time.The electromagnetic design and efficiency optimization of Y160L-8 asynchronous motor are carried out by using the improved simplex method.Firstly,referring to genetic algorithm(GA)and simplex method,the efficiency optimization algorithm of motor is designed.The elimination of individual and the generation of new individual are completed by manual selection,and the efficiency of motor is optimized to 89.325%.Then,the skin effect is used to modify the rotor groove shape and compensate the starting performance to complete the whole optimization process.The results show that the improved simplex method is simple,effective and convenient in efficiency optimization of induction motor,and has engineering application value.
