摘要 基于CATIA软件的二次开发和VBA语言编程,实现侧门系统3D数据中关键参数的自动采集,完成初步设计的参数预置。根据侧门系统的结构与运动特点,建立侧门关门能量的空间几何模型和流体力学、动力学等数学计算模型。通过Excel平台的二次开发和VBA语言编程,将上述几何模型和计算模型汇总到Excel文件中,并设计人机交互操作界面,通过一键计算的方式,完成不同车型设计预置参数的输入和对应的侧门系统最小关门能量的计算。计算数据与测量数据的对比表明,两者的符合率均超过80%,验证了本侧门正向设计中关门能量计算程序的准确性。 Based on the secondary development of CATIA software and VBA language programming,the key parameters in the 3D data of side door system are automatically collected and the parameter preset for preliminary design is completed.According to the structure and movement features of side door system,a spatial geometric model for side door closing energy and mathematical models for fluid mechanics and dynamics are established.Through the secondary development of Excel platform and VBA language programming,the above-mentioned geometric model and calculation model are gathered into an Excel file with a man-machine interactive operation interface designed.Through one-click calculation,the designed preset parameters of different vehicles are input,and the corresponding minimum closing energy for the site door system is calculated.The comparison between calculated and measured data shows that their conformation rates are all over 80%,verifying the accuracy of the calculation program for closing energy in the forward design of side door.
