摘要
生活圈交通体系构建是面向生活空间城市更新的重要组成部分。文章基于15分钟生活圈的功能定位和空间尺度特征,解读生活圈交通体系的基本内涵。借鉴丹麦建筑师扬·盖尔公共生活理论,以公共生活和公共空间两个关键要素为切入点,从人口特征、居住形态、设施环境等维度分析了上海主城区不同区位生活圈的公共空间及公共生活特征。继而提出了社区生活圈交通体系构建的价值取向、功能定位和基本原则,并以上海市新华街道为实践案例,聚焦慢行出行,从空间和治理两个维度探讨了社区生活圈交通体系的构建策略。
To build community living circle transport is an important part of urban renewal for living space.Based on the functional orientation and spatial scale characteristics of the 15-minute community living circle,this paper interpreted the basic connotation of the transport planning for the living circle.Learning from the public life theory of Jan Gehl,as well as taking public life and public space as two key elements,this paper analyzed the characteristics of public space and public life of different living circles in Shanghai's main city from the perspectives of population characteristics,residential form,facilities and environment,then put forward the value choice,functional orientation and principle of community living circle transport building.Additionally,taking Xinhua sub-district in Shanghai as an example,this paper,focusing on pedestrian traffic,discussed the building strategy of community living circle road system from both space and governance prospects.
