宜昌至郑万高铁联络线超高墩连续刚构桥设计 被引量:8

Design of a Continuous Rigid-Frame Bridge with High-Rise Piers on Railway Connecting Yichang to Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway

摘要 宜昌至郑万高铁联络线高岚河特大桥主桥为(76+4×143+88)m大跨度、长联、超高墩连续刚构桥。主梁采用单箱单室预应力混凝土直腹板变高箱梁,梁高5.5~13.0m,为增强截面抗扭刚度、满足局部受力要求,在桥墩及跨中处共设11道横隔梁。墩梁固结,桥墩最大相邻墩高差51.5m,最大墩高达124m,采用单向放坡圆端形空心墩,大幅度减少了超高墩混凝土圬工量。根据地质情况,桥墩基础分别采用群桩基础及嵌固式基础。结构静、动力分析表明该桥具有良好的刚度及动力性能,各项指标满足相关规范和铺设无砟轨道要求。 The main bridge of Gaolan River Bridge on the railway connecting Yichang to Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway,which is a continuous rigid-frame bridge with high-rise piers,consists of a long unit of multiple spans of 76,4×143 and 88 m.The superstructure is composed of mono-cell prestressed concrete box girders with straight webs,with depth varying from 5.5 to 13.0 m.To improve the cross-section torsional stiffness and meet the demands of local load bearing capacity of the structure,a number of 11 diaphragms are installed in the superstructure in midspan and at the locations consistent with piers.The piers and the main girder are fixed,and there is a biggest height difference of 51.5 m among piers,with the maximum height reaching 124 m.The piers are designed as all round-cornered hollow piers with one-direction gradient,which greatly saves the concrete needed.Group pile foundation and embedded foundation are chosen in accordance with the geological conditions at the pier sites.The static and dynamic analysis demonstrates that the bridge has good rigidity and load bearing capacity,with all the indexes satisfying the requirements of related specifications and the placement of ballastless tracks.
