摘要
目的:探讨肠内营养疗法对儿童溃疡性结肠炎肠道菌群及肠黏膜屏障的影响。方法:采用临床对照研究方式,以2016年7月—2019年10月经本院诊治的溃疡性结肠炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。两组均予以益生菌、复方谷氨酰胺等对症治疗,观察组联合肠内营养。治疗结束后比较两组肠道菌群变化及肠道黏膜屏障结构变化。结果:治疗后,观察组双歧杆菌属、乳酸杆菌属显著高于对照组,肠球菌属显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组LAC/MAN值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组内毒素显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肠内营养疗法有助于调节肠道菌群,修复肠黏膜屏障,可临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition therapy on intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier in children with ulcerative colitis.Methods:A clinical controlled study was conducted in children with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to October 2019,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Two groups were given probiotics,compound glutamine and other symptomatic treatment,observation group combined with enteral nutrition.After treatment,the changes of intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier structure were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and enterococci were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the LAC/MAN value of the observation group was not significantly different from that of the control group(P>0.05);the endotoxin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition therapy is helpful to regulate intestinal flora and repair intestinal mucosal barrier.
