2010—2019年安徽省执业兽医资格考试现状

Study on the Status of Licensed Veterinarian Qualification Examination in Anhui Province during 2010 to 2019

为了解安徽省执业兽医资格考试现状,完善执业兽医考试制度,切实提高执业兽医水平,全面分析了安徽省执业兽医资格考试报名及通过情况、参考人员年龄结构、学历分布和职业构成等。结果显示:2010—2019年,安徽省共有10423人参加执业兽医资格考试,其中3684人达到农业农村部公布的助理执业兽医师和执业兽医师最低分数线,通过率为35.3%。执业兽医队伍逐步年轻化,30岁以下占58.0%,大专生以上学历达到50.0%。从业人员主要集中在行政机关和诊疗机构,报考人数少、从业人员比例低等问题比较突出。由此为执业兽医资格考试发展方向提出了建设性建议,包括完善执业兽医准入制度,完善执业兽医考试制度,建立执业兽医继续教育制度。

In order to identify the status of licensed veterinarian qualification examination that is organized in Anhui Province,improve relevant system and increase the skills of licensed veterinarians,the application,passing situation of the examination as well as age structure,education level and occupation of the applicants were fully analyzed in the paper.The results showed that a total of 10423 applicants participated in the examination from 2010 to 2019,in which,3684 applicants reached the minimum score for assistant licensed veterinarians and licensed veterinarians that was published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,with the qualification rate of 35.3%.The licensed veterinarians below the age of 30 years old accounted for 58.0%,and tended to be younger gradually,and those with educational background of junior college or above reached up to 50.0%,the practitioners mainly worked in administrative authorities and medical institutions.In view of fewer number of applicants and lower proportion of practitioners,for the purpose of provideing some constructive suggestions on the development direction of the examination.it was suggested to improve the access to licensed veterinarians,improve the examination system,and establish a continuing education system for licensed veterinarians.
