摘要
患者,男,46岁。左背部结节10余天。皮肤科检查:背部见一直径约8 mm隆起性淡红色结节,顶端呈脐窝状,质地较硬,无压痛。皮损组织病理示:表皮内肿瘤,呈假上皮瘤样增生,可见旋涡状成熟鳞状上皮。诊断:倒置性毛囊角化病。
A 46-year-old male presented with the nodule on the back for more than ten days.Dermatological examination showed a raised reddish nodule about 8 mm in diameter with umbilicus fossa on the top and no tenderness.Histopathological examination showed the intraepidermal tumor of pseudoepithelioma like hyperplasia with prominent squamous eddies.The diagnosis of inverted follicular keratosis was made.
