当前,快递业已成为我国经济的支柱型行业,尤其是在国际贸易、国内贸易、航空货运、海上远洋运输、电子商务等众多领域发挥出了桥梁作用,同时也在很大程度上实现了降本增效,促进了商务效率的提升。而随着行业市场占领份额的增加,如何推动快递行业更好发展,解决当前行业存在的漏洞,创新监管方式、流程及内容,处理好快递业与邮政业之间的关系,推动快递业与运输业的有机结合,合理配置资源,构建一个公平、公正、有序的快递市场环境,最终实现政府合理调控、科学监管的目标,是当前行业监管的新课题。

At present,the express delivery industry has become a pillar industry of China s economy,especially in international trade,domestic trade,air cargo,ocean shipping,e-commerce and other fields to play a role as a bridge,but also to a large extent.Cost reduction and efficiency enhancement have promoted the improvement of business efficiency.With the increase in the market share of the industry,how to promote the better development of the express industry,solve the loopholes in the current industry,innovate the supervision methods,procedures and content,handle the relationship between the express industry and the postal industry,and promote the express industry and transportation The organic combination of the industry,the rational allocation of resources,the construction of a fair,just,and orderly express delivery market environment,and the ultimate realization of the government’s goal of reasonable regulation and scientific supervision are the new topics of current industry supervision.
