摘要
在器械配件厂应用VMI模式能有效减小管理费用、物流成本和牛鞭效应,但是也产生了责任承担和利润分配不一致的问题,集成TPL是对VMI模式的一种优化。文中在考虑安全库存、物流运输固定成本和运输变动成本的情况下,以物流总成本最小为目标,建立集成TPL的VMI物流成本模型;通过案例证明了集成TPL的VMI模型能分摊责任和风险,降低物流成本,实现器械配件厂库存管理的优化。
The application of VMI model in the equipment parts factory can effectively reduce the management cost,logistics cost and bullwhip effect,but also has the problem of inconsistent responsibility distribution and profit distribution.Integration TPL is an optimization of VMI model.In this paper,the logistics cost model of integrated TPL and VMI is established with the goal of minimizing the total cost of logistics,considering the safety stock,the fixed cost of transportation and the variable cost of transportation.The case is proved that the integrated TPL and VMI model can share responsibility and risk,reduce logistics costs,achieve the optimization of equipment parts factory inventory management.
