中小物流企业内部控制建设研究

Research on Internal Control Construction of Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises

随着经济发展,中小物流企业日益增多,市场竞争也随之加剧。建立行之有效的内部控制制度对中小物流企业的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。文中分析了我国中小物流企业内部控制存在的问题,并给出建设与完善内部控制制度的意见。

With the economic development,the number of small and medium-sized logistics companies is increasing,and market competition is intensifying.Establishing effective internal control is of great significance to the sustainabledevelopment of small and medium logistics enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China,and gives opinions on establishing and improving the internal control system.
