物流企业对物联网技术的持续使用意愿研究

Research on Logistics Enterprises Willingness to Use Internet of Things Technology Continuously

文中从物流企业管理者视角出发,整合TOE框架和技术接受模型,在考虑物联网技术特征的同时引入个体创新性,通过结构方程建模分析物流企业对物联网技术的持续使用意愿影响因素。结果表明,物流企业对物联网的持续使用意愿受感知有用性、技术有用性、技术兼容性、技术感知安全、个体创新性影响。

This paper integrates the TOE framework and technology acceptance model,research from the perspective of logistics enterprise managers,introduces individual innovation while considering the technical characteristics of the Internet of things,and uses structural equation modeling to analyze the influencing factors of logistics enterprises willingness to use the Internet of things technology continuously.The results show that the sustainable use intention of logistics enterprises to the Internet of things is affected by perceived usefulness,technical usefulness,technical compatibility,technical perceived security and individual innovation.
