质量在供应链中的作用越发重要,将卓越绩效模式的内容延伸到供应链环境,以供应链领导力、供应链战略、供应链资源、供应链流程、供应链持续改进以及顾客与市场等六个维度构建基于卓越绩效模式的供应链质量管理绩效评价指标,丰富了对供应链质量管理的理解,为供应链的合理分析、决策制定和持续改进提供了理论依据,并以福建省长富乳业公司的案例,验证该评价指标的合理性和可靠性。

Quality plays a more and more important role in the supply chain.It extends the content of the performance excellence model to the supply chain environment,constructs the performance evaluation index of supply chain quality management based on the performance excellence model in six dimensions of supply chain leadership,supply chain strategy,supply chain resources,supply chain process,continuous improvement of supply chain and customer and market.It enriches the understanding of supply chain quality management and provides theoretical basis for rational analysis,decision-making and continuous improvement of supply chain.The rationality and reliability of the evaluation index are verified by the case of Fujian Changfu dairy company.
