将职业教育专业教学资源库建设的职业性需求与现代学徒制项目开展的资源建设需求有机结合,提出了现代学徒制特色职业教育专业教学资源库建设原则与理念。构建了现代学徒制特色职业教育专业教学资源库建设策略,包括学徒制特色多维融合的资源库内容架构设计、对接学徒岗位的资源开发策略、基于子项目负责人制的资源更新维护机制。最后,介绍了A校物流管理学徒制特色专业资源库建设的一些经验。

Combining the occupational demand for the construction of professional teaching resources library of Vocational Education majors with the resource construction needs for apprenticeship projects,the constructioningprinciples and concepts for the professional teaching resources library of Vocational Education withmodern apprenticeship characteristics are proposed.It builds a strategy for the construction of the professional teachingresources library of Vocational Education withmodern apprenticeship characteristics are proposed,including a multi-dimensional integration of content architecture design with apprenticeship characteristics,a resource development strategy to meet the requirements of apprenticeships,and a resource update and maintenance mechanism based on the subproject leader system.Finally,it introduces some experiences in the construction of a logistics management professional teaching resources library with apprenticeship projects.
