文中基于高职学生职业发展的视角,以高职物流管理专业为例,分析了在职业发展视角下学生需具备的相应职业素养,并提出了培养这些职业素养的策略。以期为高职学校提供参考,保障学生能尽快适应毕业后的工作,并在后续的工作中能有长远的发展。

This paper analyzed the corresponding professional abilities that the Logistics Management Students needed in Higher Vocational Colleges in the perspective of vocational development,then gives the ways to Cultivate the Professional Ability.In the hope of providing references for higher vocational schools,and ensuring that students can adapt to their work as soon as possible after graduation and can have a long-term development.
