基于Flexsim的配送课程教学诊断与改进

摘要 五年制高职校要不断促进课堂教学改革,提高课堂教学质量,要提高就必须先进行诊断,通过诊断发现问题,才能够更好的分析问题,解决问题。以物流管理专业《配送》课程为例,从研究现状入手,系统梳理基于Flexism仿真的《配送》教诊改的内涵,依据教诊改思路构建,提出具体操作方法,在课程教诊改的主体多元化、辅助工具多样化和实施常规化的基础上,提出基于Flexsim仿真的《配送》课程教学诊断内容以及改进策略。 Five-year higher vocational schools should promote the reform of classroom teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching constantly.To improve it,we must diagnose and find problems through diagnosis,so that we can better analyse and solve problems.Taking the delivery course of logistics management major as an example,starting from the research status,this paper systematically combs the connotation of the teaching and diagnosis reform of delivery based on Flexism simulation,and puts forward specific operation methods according to the teaching and diagnosis reform ideas.Based on the diversification of subjects,diversification of auxiliary tools and implementation of regularization,this paper puts forward the teaching and diagnosis contents and improvement strategies of delivery course based on Flexsim simulation.
