Research on the Development Plan of Informatization Construction of State Owned Enterprises

近年来,随着信息技术的快速发展,越来越多的企业决策者已经认识到信息化建设对改善企业内部管理、降低成本、提升效率等方面具有十分重要的作用,其中做好企业信息化建设发展规划又是企业信息化建设的前提。本文以一家国有大型集团企业信息化建设发展规划为例,从企业信息化建设现状入手,阐述了集团信息化建设发展规划的经验。

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,more and more enterprise decision makers have realized that information construction plays a very important role in improving enterprise internal management,reducing costs and improving efficiency.Among them,the premise of enterprise informatization construction is to do well the development planning of enterprise information construction.This paper takes a large state-owned group enterprise information construction development planning as an example,starting from the current situation of enterprise information construction,expounds the experience of group information construction development planning.
