摘要
随着物联网技术在业界各领域的广泛应用和飞速发展,笔者利用物联网和智能控制等相关技术,以传统烤房和空气源热泵烤房为对象,针对烟叶烘烤过程中存在的烘烤工艺难以有效落实、烘烤时间人为缩短、关键节点的温湿度和稳温时间操控不当等问题,设计开发了烘烤曲线个性化定制及远程分发、烘烤状态全程监控、偏差执行实时预警等管控技术,实现了烘烤过程数据的实时精准采集和烘烤作业的全流程监控,支持对烘烤异常和偏差进行实时预警和远程处理。管理人员可以对烤房状态进行实时远程可视化监控,保障烘烤工艺严格执行,从而提高烟叶烘烤质量和促进各环节作业规范化和痕迹化。同时,本文还建立了山东烟叶烘烤数据库,能够为烘烤工艺的持续改进提供数据支撑。
With the wide application and rapid development of the Internet of Things technology in various fields of the industry,this article uses the Internet of Things and intelligent control and other related technologies to target the traditional curing barn and the air source heat pump barn,aiming at the drying process in the tobacco leaf curing process.The baking process is difficult to effectively implement,the baking time is artificially shortened,the temperature and humidity of the key nodes and the temperature stabilization time are not properly controlled,etc.,the design and development of the baking curve personalized customization and remote distribution,the whole baking status monitoring,real-time warning of deviation execution,etc.The control technology realizes the real-time accurate collection of baking process data and the whole-process monitoring of the baking operation,and supports real-time early warning and remote processing of baking abnormalities and deviations.Managers can carry out real-time remote visual monitoring of the state of the curing barn to ensure the strict implementation of the curing process,thereby improving the quality of tobacco leaf curing and promoting the standardization and traceability of various operations.At the same time,research and establishment of Shandong tobacco leaf baking database to provide data support for continuous improvement of the baking process.
