青少年时期是心理健康问题高发的危险期。项目团队以青少年心理健康服务为出发点,结合互联网相关技术,研发了包含心理健康知识科普、心理测试、OTO心理咨询和家庭治疗等功能的移动APP,致力于满足当前青少年心理健康需求,有助于解决青少年心理健康问题。项目团队希望通过研发该移动APP促使心理咨询在互联网浪潮中得到更好的应用,帮助广大青少年提高心理健康水平,提升家庭幸福感。

Adolescence is a high risk period for mental health problems.The project team started with adolescent mental health services,combined with Internet-related technologies,and developed a mobile APP that includes psychological testing,OTO psychological counseling,family therapy,and mental health knowledge popularization.It is committed to meeting the current mental health needs of young people and helps Solve youth mental health problems.The project team hopes to promote the better APPlication of psychological counseling in the Internet wave through the research and development of this mobile APP,help young people improve their mental health,and enhance family happiness.
