摘要
烟气余热利用装置作为节能环保提效设备,已在越来越多的燃煤机组普及。为了防止因烟气换热模块泄漏,引起系统阻力增大、电除尘灰斗积灰等问题,本文介绍了一种烟气换热模块泄漏的智能识别方法,能够根据烟气系统中各参数特征值的变化情况,智能识别换热模块是否发生泄漏。
As an energy-saving and environmental protection equipment,flue gas waste heat utilization device has been widely used in more and more coal-fired units.In order to prevent the leakage of flue gas heat exchange module,which leads to the increase of system resistance and dust accumulation in the ash hopper of electrostatic precipitator,this paper introduces an intelligent identification method for the leakage of flue gas heat exchange module,which can intelligently identify whether the heat exchange module has leakage according to the change of characteristic values of various parameters in the flue gas system.
