多维社会资本视域下村庄环境治理研究——基于安徽省G村和H村的分析

Study on Village Environmental Governance from the Perspective of Multi-dimensional Social Capital:Case Analysis Based on G and H Villages in Anhui Province

考察了安徽省G村和H村两个村庄环境治理成功和失败的案例,发现在我国农村村庄环境治理过程中,社会资本如信任、规范和网络等发挥着重要的作用并对村庄环境治理有显著影响。在乡村振兴背景下,为持续提升农村人居环境,政府应注重对村庄社会资本的积极培育,提高农村居民环境治理参与意识,从而推动村庄环境更加有效的治理。

Based on the case study of G and H villages in Anhui Province,it is found that social capital,such as trust,norms and networks,plays an important role in the environmental governance in rural villages in China.They all have a significant influence on the village environmental governance.Under the background of rural vitalization,in order to continuously improve the rural living environments,the government should pay attention to cultivating the social capital of the villages and raise rural residents’awareness of environmental governance to promote the effective governance of the village environment.
