国际反思背景下我国科研群体OA认知画像研究

Chinese Research Group Profiles of OA Cognition Under the Background of International Reflection

[目的/意义]当前国际开始重新审视OA模式,对于仍在OA推进阶段的中国,有必要确切了解国内OA需求,为中国发展OA提供依据。[方法/过程]采用对群体中较高层次人员的问卷调查、面访方法,调查中国3个科研群体的OA认知与发展建议,并借鉴用户画像方法,分别构建当前学术交流环境中、面向开放科学未来场景中的我国科研界OA认知画像。[结果/结论]调查发现,期刊主编、图书馆馆长较关注OA模式转型中的自身发展,科研人员对OA概念与意义的认知弱、参与差,但3个群体均建议由国家层面来推动OA并形成中国特色的OA发展模式。用户画像分析发现,我国科研群体OA发展需求从开放出版和学术影响力提升拓展为开放知识交流和知识利用。本文首次提出中国科研界已经具有开放科学的思想。

[Purpose/Significance]The international OA model has currently begun to be re-examined.For China,which is still in the OA promotion stage,it is necessary to clearly understand the actual OA demand and provide a basis for China to develop OA.[Method/Process]Using questionnaire surveys and interviews with higher-level personnel in the investigated groups,this article investigated the OA cognition and recommendations of three research groups in China.And then,based on user profile methods,OA cognitive profiles of the Chinese scientific community in the current academic communication environment and the open science future scenario were constructed.[Result/Conclusion]It is found that journal editors and librarians paid more attention to their own development and budgets in the transition of the OA model,and the scientific researchers had weak awareness and poor participation in the concept and meaning of OA.However,the three groups suggested that OA should be promoted at the national level and an OA development model with Chinese characteristics should be formed.It is also found that the development needs of OA in China's scientific research community have expanded from open publishing and academic influence to open knowledge exchange and knowledge utilization.For the first time,this article believes that the Chinese scientific community already has open science ideas.
