摘要
介绍了某炼化公司200 kt/a环管法聚丙烯装置,采用DQC401催化剂,非对称外给电子体(ASD)技术。在此基础上,依托结构表征及产品性能测试,通过对双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)膜料的优化,保证产品高等规的同时,进一步拉大分子量的分布,适当提高产品的熔融指数,开发了适应客户加工需求的宽分子量分布BOPP专用料F03Q,拓展了功能性膜料的高端产品序列。
A 200 kt/a loop polypropylene plant of a refining and chemical company is introduced,using DQC401 catalyst and asymmetric external electron donor(ASD)technology.On this basis,relying on structural characterization and product performance testing,through the optimization of the biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)film material,the product is highly isotactic,while further expanding the molecular weight distribution,appropriately increasing the product’s melt index,developing the BOPP special material F03Q with a wide molecular weight distribution adapted to the processing needs of customers.And the high-end product sequence of functional film materials has been expanded.
