摘要
难治性哮喘的诊断及治疗目前仍是难点。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类小的非编码RNA,作为转录后基因抑制因子,有望成为难治性哮喘诊断及治疗的新希望。本文综述MicroRNAs在难治性哮喘诊治中的研究进展,如let-7家族、miR-629-3p和miR-19b-3p等10个miRNAs有望成为难治性哮喘早期诊断的循环标记物,miR-21和miR-19a及miR-744等可能会成为难治性哮喘治疗的新靶点。
The diagnosis and treatment of refractory asthma is still difficult recently.MicroRNAs,which are one class of small non-coding RNA and post-transcriptional gene suppressors,are expected to be new hope for diagnosis and treatment of refractory asthma.Advances on the role of miRNA in diagnosis and treatment of refractory asthma was reviewed in this article,including 10 kinds of miRNAs such as let-7 family,miR-629-3p,and miR-19b-3p,which are expected to be peripheral molecular markers for early diagnosis of refractory asthma,while miR-21,miR-19a,and miR-744 as new targets in treatment of refractory asthma.
