摘要
粉末冶金轴承钢是上世纪末开发的新型轴承钢,由于组织均匀、疲劳寿命长和承载性能良好而受到轴承业界的重视,己成功用于航航天领域的陶瓷混合轴承和航空发动机的主轴轴承。关于粉末冶金轴承钢,其问世的背景、化学成分、制造工艺、硬度、显微组织、疲劳寿命、承载性能以及与铸锭冶金轴承钢的差异,是值得关注的。
Powder metallurgy bearing steel is a new type of bearing steel which was developed at the end of the last century,and is valued by the bearing industry due to its uniform structure,long fatigue life and good load-bearing capability,has been successfully used to manufacture ceramic hybrid bearings and aero-engine spindle bearings in aerospace field.So far as the powder metallurgy bearing steel concerned,the background of its coming out,chemical composition,manufacturing process,hardness,microstructure,fatigue life,load-bearing capability,as well as its distinction from ingot metallurgical bearing steels are worth being of interest.
