蚯蚓液对公番鸭生长性能、脂肪蓄积及抗病能力的影响

Effects of Earthworm Solution on Growth Performance,Fat Accumulation and Disease Resistance of Male Muscovy Ducks

以1~70日龄公番鸭为试验对象,研究了在基础日粮中添加不同浓度的蚯蚓液对其生长性能、脂肪蓄积及抗病能力的影响。结果显示:添加2.5%蚯蚓液能够提高公番鸭的21日龄重、70日龄重、日增重,增加采食量,降低料肉比;添加1.5%蚯蚓液能够降低70日龄重、日增重,减少采食量,降低料肉比;2.5%蚯蚓液能够提高公番鸭的腹脂率,增加血清甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量,提高肌肉亚麻酸含量;1.5%和2.5%蚯蚓液均能降低公番鸭的发病率、腹泻率、死亡率,增加血清白蛋白含量,但2.5%蚯蚓液的效果优于1.5%蚯蚓液的效果。因此2.5%蚯蚓液能够提高公番鸭的生长性能,降低料肉比,增强抗病力,促进脂肪蓄积,提高肌肉的营养价值。

The 1~70-old age ducks were used as research objects.The effects of different concentrations of earthworm solution added into basic diet on fat accumulation and disease resistance of male muscovy ducks were studied.The results showed that 2.5%earthworm solution could improve 21-day age weight,70-day age weight,daily gain and increase feed intake,reduce feed-meat ratio.1.5%earthworm solution could reduce 70-day age weight,daily gain,feed intake,and feed-meat ratio.2.5%earthworm solution could improve belly fat rate,TG and TC in serum,linolenic acid in chest muscle.2.5%and1.5%earthworm solution could reduce morbidity,diarrhea,mortality,improve ALB and GLB in serum,but 2.5%earthworm solution was better than 1.5%earthworm solution.So 2.5%of earthworm liquid could improve the growth performance,reduce feed-meat ratio,enhance disease resistance,promote fat accumulation and increase muscle linolenic acid content,improve the nutritional value of muscle.
