摘要
在汽车怠速加速过程中,会产生轰鸣声引起乘员人耳不适。某款SUV在2500rpm和3000-4000rpm加速情况下产生轰鸣,引起人耳不适,为了提升整体NVH水平,文章通过对比其车身动刚度以及NTF,查找车身结构对轰鸣声的影响,进而对车身结构进行优化,从而改善了车身轰鸣声。
In the process of idling and accelerating,there will be a roar which will cause the discomfort of the passengers.In order to improve the NVH level,this paper compares the dynamic stiffness and NTF of the SUV body to find out the influence of the body structure on the roar,and then optimizes the body structure,so as to improve the body roar.
